i was really happy with the location. access to the metro was simple. there were great restaurants nearby. the staff holding our luggage until the room was ready was super convenient!
The breakfast was not great at all. I felt disappointed. we arrived at 10am with breakfast available until 11am, but the selection was really limited and there was no service.

The location provides easy access to major attractions. The hotel is steps from the Seine. I appreciated the convenient access to many cafes. The staff gave great assistance.
The room lighting could be improved, especially in the bathroom since it was dim.

The location is great, close to attractions and restaurants. The hotel stay was in a quiet medieval section. It is easy to get everywhere. There's also a fresh filtered water dispenser available.
The twin room i stayed in felt a little small.
